Our semi‑private shared room offers a comfortable, welcoming environment designed to support both privacy and community living. Each resident enjoys their own personal space within the shared room, including a private television equipped with a Bluetooth headset, allowing for individualized viewing without disturbing others.
Our private room offers a peaceful, personal retreat designed for residents who value comfort, dignity, and independence. This fully private space provides a quiet environment for rest, relaxation, and personal time, while still allowing full access to the supportive community within the home.
Information about cost and fees
Application includes a background check and a holding fee of $100 which will be applied to the security deposit once approved.
refundable security deposit of $350 includes the $100 holding fee plus the remaining $250
This is the charge to pay the weekly rate instead of the monthly rate. This fee is per week that the funds are paid weekly.
